1. About Us

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18 years or older (or use the site under parental/guardian supervision) to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We strive for accurate product descriptions, weights, and images; minor natural variations in spice colour or aroma may occur. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed after successful payment authorisation (or COD acceptance where offered). We accept online payments via our payment gateway (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets as enabled) and Cash on Delivery on eligible PIN codes / order amounts. COD may be restricted or refused at our discretion for fraud prevention.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apurvai Masale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
