Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy describes how Apurvai Masale ships orders across India, typical delivery timelines, and shipping charges.

1. Service Area

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders with product subtotal of ₹499 or more
• ₹49 flat shipping for orders below ₹499 within Maharashtra
• ₹79 for other states when the order is below the free-shipping threshold

Final shipping charges are shown at cart and checkout before you pay. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply from time to time.

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order processing: usually 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or COD acceptance)
• Maharashtra: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: typically 5–7 business days after dispatch

Remote locations, courier capacity, weather, strikes, or festivals may cause delays. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we share tracking details by email/SMS or in your account order page where available. Please keep your phone reachable for courier attempts.

5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and phone number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated non-response may result in return to origin; re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected PIN codes and may have a maximum order value. Please keep exact change ready where possible. Fake or repeatedly refused COD orders may lead to COD restrictions.

7. Damaged Packages

If the package arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for next steps.
